How to read concentration
Concentration describes the share of indexed service records assigned to a fingerprint category. It is sensitive to discovery coverage and unknown fingerprints. It does not establish shared infrastructure, shared operators, or a monoculture vulnerability.
Unknown is useful data. The observatory prefers an unknown result over an attribution unsupported by observable evidence.
